		<description>Great post, Steph.  You know I&#039;d be the first one to back all of that up.  A little rest and spending time with mentors outside of our daily bubble are sometimes the best way to step back and make sure we&#039;re able to perform at our best.</description>

The views, the journey, the experinces - will all be worth it and so few are willing to go far or climb. So, Steph, I&#039;m with you --- let&#039;s put on our oxygen masks and climb the highest peaks! (Hemorrhoid free!)</description>
