I have been trying to drink more water at home at night, instead of low-cal iced tea and diet lemonade (I have to make that go flat anyway since I can't handle fizzy drinks anymore).

I've found what works in my case (and possibly because it's summer and I'm hot when I get home) is freezing small bottles of water overnight, and then putting a couple in the fridge to slowly defrost during the day (depending on what shelf I place them).

I love, love, love icy cold water and regard it as a 'treat' to look forward to, and that way I find that I really savour it (whereas I used to guzzle the iced tea like you wouldn't believe and end up bloated because of it).
